Hi there!  

I hope you've had a chance to look around and found some valuable information.  One of the main business goals here is to continuously learn and pass that knowledge on to you, our customers.  Homes Sold Realty is a business and life venture that allows me to earn a living while helping others so before we start our journey together, let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a proud American and Florida native who grew up in Volusia County.  My boyfriend at the time, now husband, and I moved to  Lake County in 2022 where we started our life together.  As the primary income source, my husband found advancement opportunities with his employer that relocated our family to Putnam County in 2005.     

We've been happily married since 2004 and raised three children who attended and graduated from local schools.  Our youngest gave us our first grandchild November of 2021.  Our fur babies are French bulldog sisters from Ukraine who are spoiled rotten.  We enjoy camping, boating, riding bikes and spending time with each other and great friends, (many that we've met through my work).  My hobbies include photography and creating art.  {View Photography}

As a real estate professional, my goal is to educate customers and provide information that will allow each to make the most informed decision.    ​ 

In 2023 I obtained my mortgage origination license but in December of 2024, decided it was not the industry for me to pursue.  Although, I am no longer personally offering that service, I learned some valuable information that I can utilize to assist others. 

As always, I endeavor to learn from each transaction as well as life experiences so the knowledge obtained can be shared.
